Available under one-year lease term, these newly renovated apartments are located in the historic heart of Salida within easy walking distance of the Arkansas River and downtown. While the building dates to 1900, the apartments have a brand new floor plan, making very efficient usage of the 850 square feet of living area.

We completely renovated this property in 2005-2006, creating warm and comfortable apartment homes and giving the building new life! We preserved the original brick exterior of the building, while enlarging the footprint with a new addition to the rear of the building providing a spacious and sunny area for dining and entertaining. We exposed original interior brick walls with ten foot ceilings for more of a historic feel inside. Decks have been added on the back of the building, making a great place for a summer barbecue. You are a short 600 yards from the base of the mountain range you see from the backyard.
